We are two active moms, great friends, and certified nutritionists who share a passion for healthy, delicious food. We launched Eat Clean™ as a way to connect with our community and educate our clients on the benefits of incorporating fresh, local, seasonal whole foods in their daily lives.

SANDRINE GHOSH, N.C.

Sandrine is passionate about whole foods nutrition and promoting a healthy lifestyle. As a certified Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef, Sandrine combines her expertise in nutrition, meal planning and therapeutic cooking to help clients prevent illness and achieve optimal health. Her consultation expertise includes autoimmune conditions, blood sugar regulation, food allergy management, sports nutrition and gastrointestinal disorders.

Sandrine has a Master's in Global Marketing and formerly worked for Sony Retail Entertainment. Most recently, Sandrine received her Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef Certifications from Bauman College in Berkeley. 

She recently relocated with her family from Northern California to the Boston area and is excited to launch Eat Clean Nutrition on the East Coast.  As a mother of three active children, Sandrine understands the challenges of nourishing a family and dealing with busy schedules and picky eaters.

ERIS CUSHNER, N.C.

Eris has always loved good food and considered herself a healthy eater.  Her true passion for nutrition and clean food came after her daughter was diagnosed with cancer at the age of six.  Eris realized the benefits that healthy, whole, nutrient-dense foods have on total wellness.  As a Nutrition Consultant, she enjoys working with people to help them find their healthiest self.

In a former life, Eris worked in finance at Robertson Stephens, and advertising and sales at Excite@Home.  She received her MBA at USF.  Most recently, Eris received her Nutrition Consultant certification from Bauman College in Berkeley. 

Eris lives in Mill Valley, CA with her husband, two kids, dog and cat.  She enjoys running, hiking, spinning, reading, eating, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

 


We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our growing team at Eat Clean Nutrition.  Abir Hamza-Goodacre has partnered with Eris of Eat Clean West, to offer their local Marin community a new series of nutrition-based cooking classes called Simply Nourished, that demonstrate how nutrient-dense food can be both delicious and protect the body naturally. They also run seasonal 14-Day Cleanse programs, and lectures and workshops on various aspects of health including Sports nutrition, Women’s health, Adrenal fatigue and Detoxification.  

Abir Hamza-Goodacre is a fully qualified UK registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  Her work consists of private consultations with clients and the preparation and delivery of nutrition-related workshops – specifically the role of the gut in brain health and the benefits of specialized diets such as GAPS to children with these kinds of learning and developmental difficulties; the links between nutrition and psychological wellbeing; and various talks at schools and businesses. She also co-founded NEWtritious Delicious in the UK, a series of cooking classes aimed at dispelling myths around healthy eating.
